By accessing ezemaximus.com or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Programs and access
Course access is granted to a single user for the access window stated on the sales page. Sharing your account, redistributing course material, or reselling content is prohibited.
2. Payments
All prices are in Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and processed by Paystack. Payment-plan defaults may suspend access until the balance is cleared.
3. Refund policy
Digital courses are non-refundable once accessed beyond the first module, except where required by law. Coaching engagements are governed by the individual contract signed at intake.
4. Intellectual property
All content — videos, frameworks, slides, templates and written material — is the property of Eze Maximus and the Win Group. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning.
5. Disclaimers
We provide education, not investment, legal, or tax advice. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. No guarantee of income or returns is made.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rivers State.
