I started in Nigerian real estate from scratch. No referrals. No rich uncle. No shortcut. For nine years I learned the only way you really learn this work, by closing and losing in equal measure until the patterns became clear.
The academy is that playbook, packed so you do not have to spend nine years figuring it out alone.
